To report anything that is a part of a solution, whether actual and listed here or not, or anything intending to help solve or improve the situation of a problem or issue, can best be reported as an effort.
Information that will be sought at the supplied URL will include general information such as a clear definition of the issue/problem to be solved (summarily and link to full length page if appropriate), and a clear and explicit a plan (or at least just roughly organized descriptive steps of how the issue/problem will be resolved). A full step by step plan, would be for example based on clearly stated facts; assumptions, suppositions, etc. to be clearly identified, organized timelines & projections of progress. And minmially nice is, where appropriate, with clear indication of steps completed, in progress, up coming, and even nicer is for each, time estimates, and of the completed, actual time. And similar information.
Some additional things might include a description of the state of relevant items after the solution is in place - how will the world be different? Or put another way, a description of the scenario (things in the world different) if the objective or ideal solution is reached. And also other possible solution scenario description(s) - satisfactory outcome(s) that are to be considered successful and an end to the need, and unsatisfactory ones, including partial successes, but not reaching ultimate goals.
Further, details of all factors interacting and factual information to back that, in order to demonstrate that the steps can be effectively carried out.
Additionally, action and funding requests and efforts that are or might become part of the solution; needed, in progress, or completed.
Even more detailed.... as is possible...describe/map out/illustrate the matrix of components (and describe the components themselves) in this solution, interactions with each other, and with other components external to the solution.

The remaining resources needed (estimated even) until achieve goal. (Time, materials, funding, percentage of public participation, other resources, etc.)Information about and ratings of : negative and positive efforts & "positions" on the related problem(s) or issue(s).
Ratings of likelyhood of success. Any identified and suspected possible opposite effects, and effects on other things.
Clearly identify stated goal(s) in the solution, and any apparently possible alternate goal(s) (maybe ulterior motive(s) such as support profitable business/economy).
