This is the place to share information about efforts to improve the world, whether directly involved or not. The list of efforts can be found in the topic efforts, as well as more information about the meaning and purpose of this category. If you know of an effort not listed in efforts, then please add it here below.

Information at the supplied URL can include, and hopefully a lot of, the following, but should be at least enough to be clear. This does not indicate everything should be in one page, but a page with links to everything in a easy to understand overview.

• general information
• plans (and where appropriate, with clear indication of steps completed, in progress, up coming, and even nicer is for each, time estimates, and of the completed, actual time)(links to details of steps where appropriate)
  
• how working to resolve, or help resolve a problem or issue (and link to full details up to (partial) resolution), links to solutions part of or possibly part of
  
• descriptions, including what percentage of the problem is to be resolved
  
• explanations
• information to identify the group or individual, and if not self, the person representing the individual
• if not reporting about yourself and you have reviewed or briefly examend the effort, why you think this effort is or is not -
• legitimate (meaning actual, factually existing, explainable)
  
• useful
• is mostly or only about profit or ego satisfying (incl. hidden requirements, brand promotion)
  
• other thoughts (maybe an opinion or evaluation of the chance of success)
• etc.
  
• resources required
• projected time point of accomplishment (crude/rough/reasonable/expected/certain)
• how measure progress up to and including success
• action and funding requests
  
• and similar information.
  

Also for the plan - if possible, it should be free from non-factual information (suppositions, opinions, etc.). And when not possible clearly indicating information as non-factual, and make clear how that information if irrelevant or untrue will not affect the plan, or will be dealt with in contingent plans. Note that non-factual information can be an indication of a failure point (fault/error) or fraudulence.

Maybe also a description of the world in respect to what will have changed as a result of the completion of the planned effort. Individually, and if part of a solution, link to the same description for when the solution is completed.

And for time estimates, such as completion, the formula or means of calculating, as well as the calculated estimation. Estimations can be more extensive such as not only when the effort will be completed, but also if there is a delay expected between completion of the effort and achieving the goal.
