The concept of a solution includes:

- a clear definition of the issue/problem to be solved
- organized descriptive steps of how the issue/problem will be resolved
- description of the state of relevant items after the solution
- details of all factors interacting and factual information to back that, in order to demonstrate the steps can be effectively carried out


Additionally, action requests and links to efforts as part of the solution; needed, in progress, or completed.
